FAQs
I donwloaded the app, what do I have to do?
In order to purchase a subscription to be used on the Arriva MyPay APP, it is necessary to have an identification card issued by Arriva Italia.
The card can be subscribed for free online on the subscription portal. Also through the portal, it is possible to purchase the digital subscription associated with the card.
If you have a physical card, you can access the Arriva MyPay app and register your card number and proceed with the purchase of the subscription.
I bought the subscription and saved it on the Arriva MyPay app following the instructions on the site, when will it arrive at home?
L’abbonamento in formato elettronico sostituisce a tutti gli effetti l’abbonamento cartaceo e quindi non riceverà nulla a casa.
I purchased and saved the subscription on the Arriva MyPay app, how do I go about validating it?
The digital subscription must be validated thorugh the procedures described earlier in this page.
If my smartphone isn’t working and I can’t show the subscription, am I at risk of getting a fine?
If the phone is low on battery and the subscription is not visible, it is as if you have forgotten your subscription at home and therefore you are liable to a penalty.
If I change my phone or uninstall and reinstall the application, will I lose my subscription?
In the case of changing the phone or reinstalling the application, it is necessary to contact assistance at assistenza@mycicero.it which will provide support for transferring the subscription from the old phone and enabling it on the new one.
If I run out of gigs can I still show my subscription?
yes, it is available without internet as well
how can be the subscription checked?
The subscription must be shown to the driver when boarding the bus and in case of verification by the inspectors. The subscription can be found in the applicationArriva MyPay –> your tickets –> click on the subscription.
If I don’t have internet during the check, can I still show the subscription to the checker?
The subscription is also saved on the smartphone and in case of control it is not necessary to have an active internet connection.
I would like to purchase the annual subscriptiononline but when I enter my personal area I see the error message “CARD EXPIRED”; what should I do?
The ID cards have a duration of 5 years from the date of registration; in the event that your card has expired you will have to proceed with a new one.
I would like to renew my online subscription but the portal has errors related to the route.
You can proceed to create a new card and select the route. If your old card is associated with a voucher to redeem, you must contact assistance at assistenza@mycicero.it who will provide the necessary support.
What should I do if, once I have already entered the card details, the transaction fails?
- I need to verify that my card is valid and has not expired;
- I need to check that there is enough credit on my card;
- I have to verify that the holder is of age; in fact, some cards block purchases over € 100.00 for credit cards in the name of minors;
- I need to verify that the “Verified by VISA” or “Mastercard Secure Code” code is enabled on my card, which are the security codes activated on credit cards for online purchases.
I want to renew the digital subscription online, but I cannot proceed because I see the following error message: invalid card, non-existent card già usata da un altro utente. Cosa devo fare?

I have purchased an annual student pass and I would like to download the payment receipt, what can I do?
If you have purchased an annual subscription at the counter, we inform you that you will be able to download your payment receipt online from the subscription portal from the beginning of November.
If you have purchased an annual subscription through the subscription portal, we inform you that you can access your personal area and print the receipt 24 hours after purchase.
I have subscribed to an annual digital student subscription / digital student identification card from the subscription portal, what should I do to view it in the App?
If you have signed up for an annual student subscription or a student identification card in digital format for yourself, you can access the App with the same credentials used to access the subscription portal.
Once logged in, click on “Buy qualifications” and select your area of interest, click on “Subscriptions”, associate your student identification card or check the correctness of the data on your annual student pass. If you have signed up for a student identification card, you are now enabled to purchase subscriptions linked to your profile. If you have signed up for an annual student subscription, you can go back to the HomePage and click on “My Titles” in order to view your subscription.
The download procedure for the subscription on the Arriva myPay App may take some time – up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
If the subscription to the annual student pass or the student identification card in digital format was made for you by a third person, and you have never logged in to the App or to the subscription portal registered with the App using the E -mail indicated when creating your card.
Once logged in, click on “Buy qualifications” and select your area of interest, click on “Subscriptions”, associate your student identification card or check the correctness of the data on your annual student pass. If you have signed up for a student identification card, you are now enabled to purchase subscriptions linked to your profile. If you have signed up for an annual student subscription, you can go back to the HomePage and click on “My Titles” in order to view your subscription.

I am subscribing to an annual subscription / digital identification card, but I cannot find the school I belong to, what should I do?
If you are subscribing to the digital identification card or the annual pass through the subscription portal, the entry “School of belonging” is mandatory, therefore it is not possible to proceed without indicating it. If the institution does not appear among the items listed, you can select one of the following entries:
